The Master is furnished with a King Bed, and the guest rooms are furnished with 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin Beds. The living room is furnished with leather couches, warm rugs and a large fireplace. The downstairs bonus room also includes a fireplace, couch, Smart and Direct TV, laundry room and indoor garage access. Located in the charming ski town of Eden, with easy access to Nordic Valley ski resort (across the street), and just minutes away from world class Powder Mountain and Snow Basin ski resorts, as well as North Fork State Park for managed cross country ski tracks. Eden is a delightful small town, with a post office, grocery store, gas station and organic farm for peaceful and healthy living. Cabin is available December 15th, with 30 day minimum/ 3 month maximum. Application fee includes background check, and 1 Month Rent + Security deposit is required for move-in. No pets or smoking.
