This is a lovely home that sits on a very spacious corner lot. It is about one or two minutes from Gulfway Drive, Jefferson Drive and Hwy 287. There is also a public bus stop about five minutes' walk from the property. HEB, Port Arthur ISD, Auto Zone and several other businesses are just five minutes drive including a Salvation Army facility and a Family Dollar store. Judice's French Market & Deli and Asia Meat Grocery are each,less than five minutes' drive from the lovely house. Walmart and HEB are about eight minutes drive. The property has ample space for play, relaxation and fun time. It sits on a dead-end street which assures less traffic and safer for children (and adults) at play. There is a big tree that offers shade in the drive in which also has extra parking spaces and a covered carport. Neighbors are okay and the neighborhood is quiet. No smoking allowed. No pets are allowed as well. Periodic house inspection will be carried out. Screening will be carried using, but not limited to the following: background checks, rental history, income, referral, interview. The renter takes care of the lawn, pays electricity, water and trash and gas (if available) on monthly basis. Lease is for one year. Rent is due on the first day of the month but should be paid no later than the second day of each month. Extensions may be granted on case by case basis but renter must reach out, ahead of time to be considered. Late fee applies from mid-night (00:00 am) hour on the fourth day of every month. Late fee is $100 on the fourth day of the month and $20 for each day afterward. A renter's insurance is required before renter can move in. Please name the landlord as person of interest on the renter's insurance policy. There are fees for violating the no pets and no smoking policy.
