This mobile home is located in Seaside Station, one of the most popular neighborhoods at Sunset Beach. It's less than 2 miles to walk on the beach and lots of golf courses are nearby. It's less than a mile to the beautiful Sunset Beach Town Park located on the Intracoastal Waterway . It's 6 miles to Calabash for its famous seafood restaurants and shopping at Callahans and 12 miles to North Myrtle Beach. Food Lion is nearby and Lowes Foods and Publix are about 4 miles. This is a great neighborhood to walk, jog, or ride a golf cart. A large deck is located on the front of the home and a smaller deck sits at the back. The front entrance opens into an added roomy sunroom as you go toward the living room. There is nice flooring throughout, lots of cabinet space in the kitchen and plantation blinds in every room. Both bathrooms were recently updated and are attractive and clean. The small storage building can house a lawnmower and the yard has shade trees and flowering shrubbery. Deposit and first month's rent payable in advance. Renter is responsible for utilities. Smoking outside only. Renter is responsible for yard maintenance. One year's lease required. Washer and dryer provided with a one month guarantee and after one month, renter will pay for repair or replacement. Late fee after 5th of month. We are pet lovers and welcome your pets as part of your family. There are odd and end pieces of furniture inside and outside which you are welcome to use or if not, we can remove what you can't use.
