Come stay at our beautiful, historic and spacious home near Music Row and Edgehill. Full of charm, the Music Row Villa was originally built in 1907 with original floors and wood work throughout, open 12 foot ceilings and recently underwent a major remodel to maximize and upgrade the 3,600+ square foot home. The home is equipped with a smart lock for easy access and is fully furnished with appliances, washer/dryer and pots, pans and utensils for guests who need a quiet, hassle free place to stay for work or pleasure. The Music Row Villa is located in the Edgehill neighborhood one block from Music Row. Convenient and centrally located, our home is walking distance or a short drive to coffee shops, restaurants, recording studios, Music Row, The Gulch, Broadway, Midtown, 12 South, Demonbreun, West End, Vanderbilt and Belmont. We have taken steps to retain the historic charm of the home and original vintage Nashville appeal. Some elements of the home just can't be replaced so please treat our home as you would your own. Our home is equipped with basic kitchen utensils and appliances. Basic pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, oven, microwave and dishwasher are provided. If you plan on making a special dish, plan on bringing your own equipment. (Example: Birthday cake pan or slow cooker.) There may never be more than 12 people inside the home and no parties. Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) inside our home OR outside with an open door or window nearby, including cigarettes, vaping, cigars or marijuana. Breaking this rule will result in a $300 fine. If you smoke outside PLEASE be courteous and properly dispose of cigarettes. No pets are permitted in the home. If a pet is brought in, guests will be fined up to $500 (per pet) to allow for proper cleaning of furniture and carpets. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, illnesses or damages that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. Electricity, Internet, water and gas utilities are included with the monthly lease fee. Minimum lease term is 30 days. Renters are responsible for any and all damages.
