This 3BR\1 bath single family unit will be available Soon! I appreciate the patience. I just regained control of this property. It needs quite a bit of work to get it back to it former glory. I will contact people interested after I get the work completed. 3 bedroom/ 1 bath. Large closets in two of the bedrooms. Private off street parking. Washer and dryer hook up in the basement. Tons of space for storage in the attic and basement. I will be working out of town for the next couple weeks. The house will most likely not be available till the end of September. No pets. Occupant is responsible for yard and snow removal.
