The deck is off the dining room, for lovely views of the grounds and the lake! You will also find a washer and dryer in a hallway closet between the bedroom and bathroom. On the top floor- As you can see from the photo, the top floor is a large open space with lots of room, perfect for little ones! On the bottom floor- Here you will find even more living space and a walk out basement. There is also a bath, but please be sure to read the sign! ; ) There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Tenants are responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Shoveling the deck will be a must. Plowing can be included for $2600/month. One or two pets may be negotiable with an additional non-refundable pet deposit. This is a non-smoking property! No smoking, vaping or marijuana use at this property. The rent INCLUDES the heat, hot water, electricity, Netflix and internet! First months rent prorated and security ($2,500), credit check and references are a must!
