It is a 20-minute drive to Portland, with its many restaurants, art and culture and the mall. Enjoy the peace and quiet of Old Orchard Beach and its beautiful coastline. It is a 20-minute drive to the University of New England's Biddeford Campus and to Portland. Utilities included. Renters pay for internet ($100 per month). Pet fee is $50 per month. To move in, we ask for 1st month's rent, last month's rent and security deposit. Security deposit is in the form of a check which we do not cash unless there is reported damage. The rental term is Nov 15, 2023 (or when rented) to May 15, 2024, with a four month minimum. Standard Maine residential lease. No smoking policy.
