There is a queen sized sleeper couch in the sitting area. The cottage also has WiFi. Bikes, beach chairs and rafts provided. Large backyard with gas grill, fire pit and a front deck. Conveniently located near Sandusky, Vermillion and Norwalk. Long term Tenant responsible for all utilities. First months rent and security deposit required to move in. Pets permitted. No more than two pets. There is an additional $500.00 security deposit for pets and it's $25.00 additional per month for the first pet and $10.00 additional per month for the second pet. Must undergo background and credit check.
