AVAILABLE 10/10/23-05/31/24 The first thing you notice as you step inside the Otis House is a gorgeous fireplace in the living area that gives the room an intimate yet elegant appeal. There is ample, comfortable seating so you can huddle around the fire or kick back and watch a movie on the sizable flatscreen tv. Adjacent is the dining/kitchen area. The dining room table comfortably seats four, and additional seating is available at the counter that doubles as a bartop. The kitchen is well-lit and fully equipped with modern amenities. Rounding out the bottom floor is one of the two bathrooms and the master bedroom, which offers ample storage space for clothes and a flatscreen tv. Moving on to the second floor, the final two bedrooms and bathroom are located at the end of the hall. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and private tv, and the other with a twin bunk bed. All applicants will need to meet all requirements list below. Requirements: An application fee of $45 is required per tenant and co-signer. Your application will be reviewed only AFTER the fee is paid. Credit Authorization Release must be agreed to for us to conduct a background check. Credit Score of 669 or above. If the tenant has below a 669 score you must have a co-signer. Renter must provide proof of income from the most recent month Renter must provide 3-4 references. Rental History Required. If the tenant has no rental history you must have a co-signer If Co-Signer is needed, they are required to complete a FULL application + Credit Authorization Release Form. Please note this is the same process as the tenant. If you are accepted each tenant must obtain renters insurance for the duration of the rental period.
