The renter is responsible for any sanitation violations. The renter is responsible for any damage to the rental unit, including appliances and broken water pipes. The renter is not allowed access to any appliances in the basement such as water heater, furnace to avoid costly damage. * NO PAPER TIOLET OR TOWELS ARE ALLOWED IN TIOLET * This will cause major damage to the sewer line. The renter is responsible for keeping the heat at a approximate temperature to make sure the water pipes don't freeze during the winter season. Owner's Responsibilities: The landlord pays the sewer, recycling and sanitary fees.
