Washer and dryer located on the second floor. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (water, gas, electricity) and waste disposal. Tenants agree to abide by HOA rules & Regulations. There is a $50/month pet rent per pet (maximum 2). Carpets are just 18 months old. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance. There's a nice park half a block away. Lots of children in the neighborhood. Costco, Walmart, Winco and I-5 are minutes away. Landlord lives in Corvallis, and is very responsive to calls, texts, or emails. The HOA fees are paid by the landlord. I prefer a one year rental agreement, but will consider up to 18 months. Tenants must abide by the HOA rules & regulations.
