Open to the kitchen is the main sitting room with a cozy Yodel Stove in the Fireplace. Off the kitchen is a sundeck. The main floor also includes a large bedroom with a king bed and an attached porch, a full bath, and a loft with a double bed. A spacious, walk out studio located downstairs is outfitted with a queen bed, full bath, and compact kitchen with a sink, fridge, and microwave. It has a private entrance and a water view. It is only accessible from the entrance and not through the upstairs. The washer and dryer are located in an adjacent room on this floor. Enjoy the seacoast adventures that surround Ruthie's Cottage. Take a short kayak ride to a local favorite, "tidal luge" and serene swimming hole. Hit Taylor's lobster pound, have a picnic on the dock and watch the sunset. Check out Fort McClary State Historic site, Chauncey creek, or spend an afternoon at the Kittery Point outlets - all just short rides away.
