This darling 2 story, 3 bedroom home is located just off of I-385 between Georgia and Fairview Rd. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space with tile flooring and stainless steel appliances. The large laundry room with washer/dryer hookups has separate folding area. You will also enjoy a large fenced-in yard perfect for everyone or pets, because we are pet friendly with no weight limit! Only one application is accepted at a time - if the Vinebrook website does not allow you to submit an application then the home is on hold for someone. Please check back frequently. Applications are processed within 2 days. Approved Applicants can hold the home for up to 14 days with a Holding Fee or Security Deposit. Please apply only if you are able to take possession of home within this time frame. Utilities are tenant responsibility. We only allow up to 2 pets.
