It's an awesome location. This is turn key monthly rent and includes everything - landlord pays all utilities: water, sewer, trash, electric, propane gas (fireplace), oil furnace central air and heat, internet, and lawn maintenance. Background check is required and is paid for by the protentional renter at the time of application. Preferred to keep furnished but it's not completely necessary - to be discussed. Furnishings shown in pics are different than what is in the unit currently. Completely private parking area with room to park up to 3 cars, although only two is recommended. A dog allowed with approval of the owner. Smoking is allowed outside only, not including the screened in porch. I am looking for a 2 months lease starting beginning of November through December 30th.
