There is an elevator in the house and it is handicap accessible by way of the elevator. There is a bathroom and bedroom on the first floor. However, the shower is not technically handicap accessible, as it has one step up. Monthly rent includes the cost of utilities up to a reasonable allotted monthly usage. The is an additional pet fee added to all reservations brining a pet. A $500 pet fee is added to each stay along with a fully refundable $1000 pet damage deposit. No smoking.
