No pets are allowed. No large gatherings are allowed. Fireplace usage is not permitted. Maintenance issues must be reported to the owner immediately. This building is on a septic system. Therefore, no flushing of products in toilets other than septic-friendly toilet paper. The washing machine requires HE laundry detergent.
