Stay warm with an easy-to-run wood stove but trust your cabin with propane wall heaters and a standby generator if you're away. Spend your days hiking, snowshoeing, or snowmobiling the many trails off the beaten path, make your way down to Buttermilk Falls, Owl's Head Mountain, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet the Adirondacks has to offer. Seasonal rental available November 1, 2023 - June 1, 2024 (negotiable), fully furnished cabin, well stocked and appointed. Rent does not include heat*, electric, water, internet, lawn care, plowing, and trash removal. Tenant can pay separately, or owner can add $500/mo. to cover all additional expenses. Washer and dryer included. Parking for multiple cars in driveway. Security deposit due at lease signing and rent will be due starting November 1 or move-in date. Pets considered for additional fee. *If tenant chooses to have owner pay utilities, then owner will pay for 500 gallons of propane which is based on past usage. Tenant will be responsible for paying for any additional propane above the 500 gallons. No smoking, no vaping. Dogs negotiable.
