It isn't unusual to see bears strolling through the yard. We've also seen deer, pesky ground hogs, and coyotes. Please be mindful of them and do not leave bear attractants outside (pet food, food waste, etc). If you enjoy walking, a 15 to 20 minute jaunt will get you to a lot of places! When you need to drive you are just a minute from the highway. The home is tucked away in the Montford area of Asheville. Montford is a charming neighborhood of old Victorian houses and B&Bs with shady tree lined streets that sits adjacent to downtown. Just a short walk away are several neighborhood bars and restaurants as well as the popular concert venue, The Salvage Station. A somewhat longer walk will take you downtown or to the River Arts District where you can explore just about everything Asheville has to offer, restaurants, breweries, artist studios and more. Unit is furnished and utilities are covered in the rent. Minimum 30-day lease. No smoking. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $150. Non-refundable pet deposit of $75. Refundable deposit $1200.
