B) If the tenant fails to correct the defaults in section A within the 3 days, Landlord may cancel the MONTH TO MONTH lease by giving the Tenant a written 3-day notice stating the date the Term will end. On that date, the Term and Tenant's rights in this Lease automatically end. The tenant must leave the Apartment and give Landlord the keys, but the tenant continues to be responsible for Rent, Added Rent, damages to the apartment, and Landlord's other expenses. **NOTE 2: The tenant must inform the landlord of a guest who intends to occupy the apartment for more than 2 weeks.
