Winter rental for fully furnished home from November 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024. This is a 4-bedroom, 2 bath year-round vacation home in Sodus Point that we offer for discounted, longer terms in winter. The home has received a lot of remodeling in recent years. It has everything. All you need to do is bring your linens, food and other consumables. We provide gas, electric, water, 3 TVs, rubbish removal, snowplowing/shoveling, basic cable, Wi-Fi, dishes, beds, pillows, bed comforters, etc. Rent is $2,150/month which as noted, includes all utilities and everything else mentioned here -- must take at least 3 months to get this rate. So much fun here in winter such as ice fishing, ice skating, snow mobile trails, walk to restaurants for dinner or drinks, and lots of winter beauty all around.
