There are two security cameras on site located outside near the roof and at the entranceway, they are pointed at the driveway and entranceway. They do NOT record inside the house. The camera is Ring. They are motion sensored. If you see a square box in the living room in the corner, that is NOT a camera, that is a motion detector for the windows to prevent break-ins. We have documentation to prove it is a motion detector only. Utilities and lawn care included. Month to month lease. Smoking not allowed. Pets allowed with pet deposit. Lease will be a 28 day rolling lease "month to month".
