Alley Street Tenant pays water and sewer and all utilities. Tenant also is required for lawn care and snow/ice removal. Tenant must provide own fridge. Fridge not included. No washer or dryer hook up. Gas heat and gas hot water and gas stove Pets might be considered on a case-by-case basis with a nonrefundable pet fee and an additional monthly pet rent. Income must be 3x the monthly rent in order to be considered. No prior evictions or negative rental history. Income will be verified, and proof must be provided in order to be considered. Landlord references are required. Rental application fee is $35 per adult and is nonrefundable. Payment must be sent with application or application will not be considered. 2 months security deposit and 1 month rent required upfront to move in NO SMOKING / VAPING ETC ALLOWED
