Great first time home for first time home renters with out buying, home needs some love and redecorating. Great home for a family that would love to rent a house before buying a house. Would love to put a family inside this house on a 1 yr lease at $1950 a month. Tenants pays rent, and electric every month, and the water bill every 3 months and the oil only as a need be basis like winter only. This home Has a great big back yeard for kids or family and friendly events, a nice front yard ready for some nice gardening. It also had a really big finished basement almost like an efficiency apartment. Also a small side deck to grill on and a beautiful view of the neighborhood being in the center. Great neighbors, everyones lawns cut, stores are really close, pets are also allowed, you can paint the inside of the house and change small things for example if you want to install new shutters you may on your own free will. Im asking 1st month rent and last month rent and security deposit all in total of $5850. 1st and last month due at signing of lease and security is due 1 week prior to move in. If no security is applied a $250 fee will be required for which you will only get back $3650 if you pull from the lease and do not give a security deposit. 1 year lease must have a job for atleast 3 years, also can show 3x the rent income. 5850 deposit for first month last month and security. Tenant pays for electric( hot and cold water and central air and stove, laundry units) and oil(heat only winter) Tenant only pays for water every 3 months, expect a water bill fee on top of the rent every 3 months .
