The monthly rental rate for this seasonal property varies from month to month. This is a fully furnished vacation rental with a 28 night minimum. No application or security deposit is required. Full payment via credit or debit card is required up front to reserve the property. NEIGHBORHOOD Find yourself on world famous Duval Street, just one short block away, for shopping, dining, and year-round entertainment and special events. Visit the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory (also on Duval Street) to see over 50 butterfly species along with a number of exotic birds from around the world. Cancellation Policy CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refund given to guests who cancel within 60 days of their arrival day. Guests who request to cancel outside of the 60-day window prior to their arrival date, will receive a full refund. In order to cancel, guests must provide a cancellation request in writing through email. OTHER INFO: - House is fully furnished. - All utilities are included. - Full payment for the entire stay is required in order to reserve the property, however, reservations over 4 months may be subject to a payment plan upon request. - Payments can be made online at brightwild.com/ or over the phone with one of our Guest Experience Managers. - We do not accept checks or cash, payments must be made with a credit card or debit card. - 12.5 % tax will be applied to rental rate and cleaning fee.
