The perfect getaway for a long stay in Key West. A private pool and patio area lie behind a green gate on a quiet lane in Old Town, Key West. High ceilings and plenty of windows are the highlight of the open floor plan living space. This is a beautifully decorated retreat outfitted with everything you need for a perfect vacation. There is a 28 day minimum. There are 1200 square feet of indoor living space and a small pool and deck area partially shaded by awnings. One bedroom opens onto the pool deck through French Doors and the other bedroom is a charming interior room. Both bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms and TVs. There is a full kitchen and separate laundry room. The wi-fi is strong with 2 accounts and a booster. The kitchen is a fully-stocked chef's kitchen with island and quartz countertops. The house is a two story building and you will be on the first level. The upstairs apartment is totally separate with no access to your pool and patio. This beautiful home is located 5 blocks to either the Historic Seaport or Duval Street. It is on a one-way lane adjacent to the Historic Key West Cemetery. You can walk or bike to many restaurants and sites, beaches and shops. Bikes are provided and are included with your rental. They must be kept locked at all times or they will be "borrowed." To preserve the cleanliness and condition of the house and furnishings pets are not allowed. Please see rental agreement for actual cancelation policy. House may be rented with upstairs 819 sf 1 BR 1 BA apartment. Rental price increases during high-season months. Ask for cost. This property is currently not available for August, September, October, November and December 2023, and January, February and March 2024.
