This large 2 Bed 2 Bath, pet-friendly, single-family, one level living home with updated appliances, fully fenced backyard, 2-car garage, Washer and Dryer, and covered back patio is on the greenbelt. You get a huge backyard but no obligation to maintain any of it! It is also facing west, which means your back patio is comfortable in the morning and in the afternoon. It rarely gets too warm to make use of the outdoor living space. There is available access to all the Sun City Summerlin golf courses, community centers, pools, etc., for a small additional fee, please inquire about setting this up if you decide to rent the home. Tenant pays all utilities, including water and trash, and cares for the yard. Rent is $2400 per month for a single tenant or $2600 for two.
