Ideal for short term, renters such as temporary work, short term transfers or employment, traveling nurse or doctors, military training, or people displaced from their home during an insurance claim. We will also consider vacation rentals such as those found on AIRBNB and VRBO. For STR (more than 29 days and up to 6 months) renters pay all actual utility expenses on a monthly basis. For vacation rental (3 day minimum and 29 day maximum stay) renters pay a daily rate of $180 (plus fee). A 12% discount is offered for stays 7 days or more. A $150 cleaning fee, $200 refundable security deposit, and an 9% lodging tax is required. A $150 pet fee is required if applicable. Pets are strictly limited to a single dog that weighs less than 20lbs and is a hypoallergenic breed. **Current photo is of the model home.
