Cottage sleeps up to 14 people. BR-1: 1 queen bed, BR-2: 1 queen bed, BR-3: 1 queen bed along with twin day bed with trundle, bonus area with 1 queen futon, 1 full size pull-out, 1 queen size pull-out. Please no smoking or pets. Long term rental available between 9/15/2023-5/1/2024 Rent includes utilities (electricity and propane) but may be subject to change based on any significant overuse of utilities. No smoking inside the residence, no pets allowed on property and for the hunters and fisherman there will be no game processing inside the cottage. The renter will not hold large gatherings in the home or on the property or add any additional tenants without owner notification and approval. Rent is due on the 1st of the month and one month security deposit due upon signing. If the property is in the same condition as move in, the security deposit will be refunded. If this is not the case, security deposit will be forfeited and the cost to return the home to its original condition will fall to the tenant.
