Grad Students - this house is perfect for you! Cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with plenty of space and hardwood floors. Property is a few blocks from campus, just north of Grand River Ave! Plenty of off-street parking and for space for 2 vehicles in driveway. Occupancy is limited to 2 people. NO PETS. MINIMUM SCREENING and SHOWING STANDARDS: *Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved or shown the house. Applicants must have current photo id and valid social security number. Applicant must receive positive references from all previous landlords from all previous 3 years. Applicant's monthly household income must exceed 3 times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Applicants must be non-smokers. A background check will be conducted on all applicants. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsiblilty. For consideration, please submit application with request. Tenants responsible for utilities and snow removal. Damage deposit is $1600 total plus $500 cleaning fee. Damage deposit is fully refundable if property is left in move-in condition at the end of the lease. 500 Virginia is available starting approximately August 25th, 2023. Absolutely no pets of any kind, no parties or gatherings over 6 people and no smoking in the house. Subleasing is not permittied.
