Carriage House: Live in History in a Carriage House. The Carriage was on one side, the hay and feed on the other side. The passengers went up the steep steps to rest, have a good meal and spend the night, (So I was told.) Enjoy the rustic wood and the black antique stove. Main floor has some new flooring. Large room on main floor is painted and has a large carpet. You are out in the country, overlooking rolling hills with Bays Mountain off in the distance. You can sit in the shade of the back yard enjoying the fresh air and the cool breeze. You have an entire house with two floors. Tenant pays their own utilities. Water is metered and paid at the beginning of the month with the rent. No smoking is allowed inside. Parking is beside the house. Pet fee is $150. with $25. per month. Only one small dog. Large portal door opens for furniture items. Partially furnished.
