Welcome to your perfect, luxurious vacation home! The house is located in a very private neighborhood 3 miles away from 5th avenue and South beach. It has two bathrooms, one of which has a hot tub, and three bedrooms: one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds. Additionally, there is a sofa sleeper that can host up to two more people. There is also an electrically heated pool with different colored lights. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with: plates, bowls, pots, silverware, toaster, storage containers, blender, and Delonghi coffee maker. The outside has a large screened-in lanai, an electric heated pool with different colored lights, and plenty of sun throughout the day. There is also a fifty-inch TV, Weber grill, two hammocks, four chaise lounge chairs, a rattan sofa, and an outdoor dining table for up to eight people. No smoking allowed,no party or loud music after 11 pm
