Enjoy our stunning newly built 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath beach house. The home is thoughtfully designed with playful and tropical decor throughout. The space is fully equipped with modern amenities and essentials for a comfortable stay, including memory foam beds, a Nintendo game system, a gourmet kitchen, and a covered porch with a beach view. The home also features an enclosed game room and is conveniently located near many attractions, including the Mississippi Aquarium and Gulfport beaches. We do not allow subleasing or provide a lease greater than 90 days unless pre-approved. OUR HOUSE RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. Must sign rental agreement upon booking 2. Must submit an off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. 3. NO SMOKING ($300 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee) 4. NO PARTIES or Large gatherings 5. NO PETS ($300 violation fine applied to cleaning fee) 6. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (all occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to avoid cancellation) NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS!! 7. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST 8. NO TAMPERING WITH SECURITY/MONITORING DEVICES ($50 fee if team member needs to come out to readjust equipment) 9. ID verification after reservation 10. NO 3rd Party Bookings (unless authorized by host in writing)
