2524 Beach Blvd is perfectly placed for all your enjoyment in Biloxi. This Modern-stylish house is right across Beach Blvd for great views, sunsets and decompression. These well-groomed Mississippi beaches are walking distance with easy access. The large parking area under the home and driveway allow for many vehicles and people to stay at our peaceful home. Many local stores like restaurants, coffee shops, movie theatre, Edgewater mall, and other places are in walking distance. You can also enjoy a nice bike ride to any of these locations with the bikes we have provided for you during your stay. A short drive around the corner are many grocery stores, restaurants, casinos, the Mississippi aquarium, and other entertainment. Our home away from home allows for many amenities to please our guests needs. From a full kitchen, cozy living room, beach amenities or just relaxing inside or on the porch, you will most certainly make memories. -Detailed lease agreement available on request -Minimum lease duration is 30 days -Payments are due the first day of each calendar month -utilities paid by Owner -$325 due to secure booking -Late payment fees applied -Security deposit of one month due for long term rentals -Cancellations: Cancellations more than 45 days from the time of check-in there is a $75 processing fee only. Cancellations between 14 and 45 days from the time of check-in: 25% of the total booking is retained. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days from the time of check-in: 50% of the total booking is retained. Cancellations within one week or less from the time of check-in: Only the cleaning fee is fully refundable. All charges and fees are non-refundable unless the property can be rebooked. -Additional Property Rules: 1. SMOKING - There is no smoking of any kind inside the property. Smoking anywhere inside the building will result in a $1,000 fine and/or immediate forfeiture of your reservation. 2. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT - Self check-in is 3:00pm or later. Self check-out is 11:00am or earlier on the last day of your stay. Prior to leaving the rental for the last time, please start the dishwasher with any used dishes. 3. TRASH - Trash should be put in the bin downstairs, if you depart on a Friday bring the garbage bin to the street 4. NOISE - Please note that the building noise ordinance is 10:00pm, so please keep noise levels to a minimum after this time. There are no parties or events allowed. Breaking house rules are subject to loss of security deposit and/or cancelled reservation. 5. ACCESS A code will be provided on the day of your rental, it will be functional from the check in day at 4pm until 11am on the day of checkout. Simply type in the code to unlock the door and push the lock button to lock it. Do not give out your code! The front balcony locks from the inside so be sure not to lock any one on the balcony 6. AIR CONDITONING AND HEATING No refunds will be given for failure of the AC unit to cool due to improper use, or lowering of the temperature below established temperature of 70 degrees for cooling.
