Located within a short 5-minute walk to the local association's private beach. Easy access to major roadways and local shopping/attractions. A one-hour drive to Boston (1 hr) or take the train/bus from Plymouth. The house accommodates 8 comfortably with a king, queen, and four twin beds - all on 2nd floor. Includes tv, internet, and trash pickup. Can optionally include sheets, blankets, pillows, towels etc. The outside living space includes a large, private backyard, deck, and outdoor seating. The unfinished basement is equipped with table tennis and laundry. Perfect home for temporary family/work crew housing or just winter relaxation. One pet may be allowed, and no smoking. The tenant is responsible for utilities (oil, propane, and electric) and snow removal. First, last security deposit is required. This is a 6-month rental ending April 30, 2024. Rent does not include utilities (oil and electric). Rent does include TV/Internet service. Tennant is responsible for snow removal. One pet is allowed.
