The kitchen is light and bright with a skylight and is very well stocked with everything you need. Outside you will find 2 decks, a gas grill, a firepit, an outdoor shower, and a large yard. Located 2 blocks from downtown, 3 blocks from the boardwalk just a mile from the lighthouse. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. Pets are not preferred, however, may be considered for the right tenants with an additional deposit. Trash, internet, and yard service are included in the rent, however, all other utilities and snow removal are the responsibility of the tenant. No smoking or 420 inside, home is not handicap accessible. A credit check and background check are required. We adore this special cottage and want someone to take care of it as well.
