Enter through the gate to discover a stone patio with a charming fountain, connecting the great room, big kitchen, living room, formal dining area, & master bedroom. The great room features a 75-inch TV, while the kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances including a Wolf range & espresso machine. With 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including a master suite with a private patio & access to an 8-10 person jacuzzi & steam shower & heated floors. The owners on occasion stay in the locked guest house not included in rentals and use the locked office accessible only to the outside. We prefer a month-to-month arrangement but are also open to longer-term options. It's worth noting that one of the guest homes, which is situated in its own secluded section of the property, is not included. This space is where the owners reside when they are not traveling. Additionally, there is a chicken coop on the premises, and responsible individuals are tasked with caring for the chickens. This area is distinctly separate from the main living spaces.
