Charming home in quiet neighborhood. Two minute drive to many restaurants, stores, Starbucks, and more. Brand new deck in backyard is the perfect place to relax and have some privacy. One car garage with brand new automatic garage door opener. There are many parks in the area just a short drive or a walk. Around the holidays there is a lot of spirit bright nights around Christmas, decorations, the Big E is a popular fair that comes once a year it is a fifteen minute drive away. The home is close to many schools elementary, middle, high school, and colleges. There is always something to do whether it's dinner, a college or high school sporting event. I am planning on putting in a Heating and cooling system in the near future. However there is baseboard heat at the property now. There is a washer and dryer at the property as well, the basement is very large and can be used for storage. Also, there is plenty of closet space at the property. I do not live on site however it was my previous home. I enjoyed every second of living here! I'm hoping someone or a family can now enjoy this home, too! Owner pays for water and sewer. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. First and last month's rent due at signing as well as security deposit. No smoking allowed and no pets allowed. Renter is responsible for snow removal.
