Within steps of Sunset Meadows Winery, walking distance of a Big Elm Brewery, Berkshire Mountain Distillery. Peloton included for use. Large back deck with seasonal (June through October) Hot Tub overlooks 200 acres of conservation land. Cozy Berkshire Getaway within walking of Sunset Meadows Winery, Big Elm Brewery and Berkshire Mountain Distillery. Centrally located near Great Barrington! Our property is private, quiet and surrounded by nature but with plenty to do near by. Recently remodeled, you'll enjoy three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with All Clad stainless cookware, a working Fire Place, outdoor firepit and full washer/dryer. Now includes Peloton for your use! We are full time remote workers and our home is perfectly setup for multiple offices. We also have a Peloton available for your use during your stay! Please note that this home generally has pets and our cat may be here during your stay depending on time of year! We do our very best to hide all the evidence of them, there may be strands of love that we miss with the vacuum. If you have sever allergies to animals this might not be the place for you. **UPDATES FOR WINTER RENTALS** (Nov 1st-May 1st) Hot Tub will be Closed from Nov 1st-May 30th, we're so sorry for any inconvenience. The cat, will also NOT be here during this time! Three pairs of Snow Shoes will be available for your use to enjoy! **PETS WILL BE ALLOWED (Nov 1st-May 12th) ** Since our cat Marilyn will NOT be here during this time we're happy to host you and your adult pup at our house. There are some rules (like no pups on the furniture) but we know it's so nice to be able to bring them along! We're charging a pet fee of $60/stay for you to have your animal here since there's a little extra cleaning involved. Our yard is fully fenced in on an acre of land to let your best friend run around and enjoy. Message me with any questions! Guest access Simple and safe, an electronic keypad to enter. Other things to note Newly furnished living room. New Peloton available for your use. All Clad stainless cookware. Some additional info: This is our primary residence, so there will be things in closets and drawers, though we do our best to keep everything out of your way during your stay here. We live here with our 2 dogs and cat so we recommend that if you check with your entire party about pet allergies before booking, since our cat does share common spaces like the couch and furniture. 6 mo lease Nov 2023 to May 2024, two month seasonal rental available with custom lease agreement to be signed. Full access to fenced in back yard and full extent of the property, less the hot tub (winterized in October through May). No smoking indoors. Requires agreeing to the full extent of our home owners manual. Any damages, injuries are responsibilities of the renter.
