Located 5 minutes from Georgia Veteran's State Park and 10 minutes from downtown Cordele, this peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin sits on a popular creek on Lake Blackshear. The house is situated on the water with a dock, fish cleaning station and boat ramp access. The house also offers a screened porch overlooking the lake, and the boathouse has an upstairs seating area perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets over the lake. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen sized bed and the living room couch opens to a 4th queen sized bed. The master has an ensuite bathroom and the other full size bathroom is in the hallway, shared by both additional bedrooms. There is central heating and air, a dishwasher, washer and dryer and satellite TV. The owner will pay all utilities other than a cleaning fee of $250 and a refundable deposit of $500, both to be collected from the renter at the time of rental. Cleaning will be maintained by the renter during their time of stay; the $250 cleaning fee will be used to clean the house upon departure. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, assuming the house is left in good condition. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the house.
