This is a great one bedroom on the second floor (one set of exterior stairs to the apartment) in a 10 unit building. There is a great big living room with large windows. The bedroom is also nice and big and there is a large walk in closet. There is a tiny little nook kitchen off the side of the living room. This building is quiet and has coin-op laundry in the basement. This apartment also comes with a storage unit in the basement, perfect for bikes and x-mas decorations! Parking is limited, so this apartment only has one parking space. $725/month includes heat, water/sewer, plowed parking and lawn care. Tenant pays electric (just lights/outlets) and garbage pickup (billed by the city on one bill). The City does require a refundable deposit of $450 to start service in your name.
