This rental is a 2BR/1BA Upstairs apartment with plenty of space and a great view. Property has a gas heat, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Lawn care and water are included in the rent. We go by an application process with a $35 Non-Refundable Application fee per applicant. Any previous evictions are an automatic denial. Approved applications must agree to a 1 year lease. There is NO smoking inside the property including vapes. Pets are accepted on owner approval with Non Refundable Pet Fee. This is a 1 year lease - once the lease terms have been met it will roll over month to month. Pets that are approved will be required to pay a Non-Refundable pet fee. PLEASE NOTE - you will need to fill out an application and be approved. When approved we can set up a showing.
