This is a well kept apartment in an awesome part of the city. I am the owner and landlord. You deal directly with me and not a property management firm. I am responsive and take good care of these apartments and want my tenants to have a good place to call home. Hardwood floors, updated kitchen and much more make this a great place to live. Washer and dryer are in the main part of the building. Some pets are allowed for an additional fee.
