Beautiful 1 Bedroom Apartment on Washington Blvd. and 35th Street in Ogden. This is a one bedroom apartment with free laundry and utilities included! This is NOT a room for rent. Apartment has a small living room but a large bedroom with a walk-in closet. Kitchen has a newer Fridge and stove also includes a Dishwasher. All utilities are included except Power. Tenant pays only the power bill which is usually about $35 We supply Free Laundry Facilities at no extra charge you can use up to 3 sets of Washer/Dryers at one time. Apartment Complex and Property are kept Smoke and Alcohol Free! Tobacco products & Vaping are prohibited. Anyone applying or planning on living in the apartment must be a Non-Smoker. We can keep all of our Apartments quiet and safe and the rents this low because we care about who we rent to just like you should care who your neighbors will be. We run a background check on all tenants for credit and criminal history so there is a $40 application fee. Sorry but we won't rent to anyone with a felony conviction. I can only rent to someone who has one car in the family due to limited parking. If additional parking is needed it would be $40 per month Deposit starts about $800 depending on Background/Credit.......Sorry but No Pets are allowed.
