Each pet requires a fifty-five dollar ($55.00) non-refundable fee. Each pet adds fifty-five dollars to monthly rent. Dangerous dogs (as designated by our insurance company) will not be permitted. No inside smoking allowed. First month's rent, security deposit, any pet fees and first month's pet rent due at lease signing.
