BETHALTO APARTMENT FOR RENT. This two-bedroom, one-bath apartment features central air and off-street parking with designated parking spots. This generous owner provides stove, refrigerator, and lawn care. No dogs and no smoking whatsoever on the premises. Candidates will be prescreened prior to the scheduling of any tours. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: There is a $40 application fee for each adult applicant. This pays for a nationwide background and credit check. Our tenants must have been at their jobs at least 6 months, bring in at least 3X the rent after taxes, possess credit scores of 600 or better, have NO EVICTIONS ON THEIR RECORDS, and have clean backgrounds. WE ARE UNABLE TO DEVIATE FROM THESE QUALIFICATIONS.
