Stove w/self-cleaning oven and refrigerator furnished. Two bedrooms one bathroom. Community washer and dryer on the property. 12 month lease required. Tenant CAN NOT have evictions or criminal convictions that would pose a health or safety issue to others.. We will pull background and these baseline requirements would apply to all applicants. One year lease. Maximum TWO (2) people. Non-smoking property. Smoking is NOT allowed inside or outside on this property. RENT of $1650.00 per month INCLUDES: ELECTRIC, WATER/SEWER, AND GARBAGE SERVICES. First month's rent of $1,650.00, security deposit of $1,650.00 and final month's rent of $1,650.00 is required on date of move-in. Total required on move-in date is $4,950.00. Do not send any money to anyone electronically or via mail. We only handle our rental in person. No additional occupants will be allowed to move into apartment after lease is signed.
