This 1 bedroom 1 bath, approximately 750 sq ft apartment has been recently updated. This complex is under new ownership and offers quick response times and online tenant portal to pay rent online. (Paying rent online via a bank account is free, Credit/Debit card payments will incur a fee from the software company directly so we recommend always paying via ACH from a checking account). Apartment is available immediately. No on-site laundry at this time. Each adult living in the apartment will need to be on the lease and a separate application will be required for each tenant. Application can be submitted directly through Zillow, however I highly recommend waiting to apply until you have seen the apartment and have discussed with property manager to ensure the unit is not already rented. Application fees are non-refundable as they are paid to Zillow directly. Please inquire through Zillow with any questions or to set up an appointment to do a walk-through. Tenants will be responsible for electricity for their unit. Landlord pays gas, heat, sewer, water, and trash for building/common area. Rent will be $775/month for a 1 year lease, first month rent (plus any pro-rated rent if move-in is prior to the 1st) is due prior to move-in. $775 security deposit will also be required upon signing of the lease. Unfortunately due to allergies we are not able to accept pets at this time. Late fees will be incurred for any rent paid after the 5th of the month.
