This 900 square foot, fully furnished basement apartment is comfortable, clean, and cute! Located in a quiet, established neighborhood, it is minutes away from downtown Salem. As well as all the usual furnishings, it is stocked with starter packs to get you going, such as soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and coffee. During your stay enjoy Salem's Saturday market which is just blocks away, as well as the many parks, coffee shops, and quirky eateries. The ocean, mountains, and big city Portland are all about an hour away. There is one off street designated parking spot, and additional parking on the street with a parking permit which we can provide. A city bus stop is half a block away. All utilities are paid by the owner. There is a 55 inch LG smart TV. Wifi is provided, so bring your passwords and enjoy all your favorite shows.
