The unit for rent (Apartment B) is part of a duplex residential dwelling. Apartment B is composed of two rooms with a full bathroom in between them, a medium size kitchen with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and a rooftop packaged heating and cooling system that is digitally controlled from inside. The apartment includes a spacious back yard with a concrete pad to park one vehicle. The unit also includes a washing and drying machines located in the basement of the building that are shared with the neighbour on Apartment A. The building was completely remodelled in late 2021. Owner pays for water. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. No smoking is allowed inside of the apartment, the laundry room or the shared porch area.
