Tenant pays for utilities: Electric and water are subdivided between tenants according to usage. They are paid to landlord each month with the rent. Tenant pays Admiral Propane for their heating fuel. Pet fee is $150.00 plus $35.00 per month rent. No vicious breeds allowed.
